Stall info ( overview )

Stall Holders can start setting their area up no earlier than 8am and all items must be in the hall by 8:45 for a 9 am start.

The market operates from 9 am to 1pm.

All rubish and unsold items must not be left behind.

We have no issue with the sale of new items as long as they are legal and relating to baby and children.

All items must be clean and in working order. You must also comply with guidlines relating to the sale of goods to babies and children. This can be found on the ACCC'S website

The stall holders are responsible for the security of their belongs (handbags, money etc) and for the safety of their table setup.

Stall holders cannot display anything in any part of the hall except for their designated floor space. Any damange caused to the hall property by the stall holder will need to be paid by the stall holder ie: scratches to the floor etc.

You are welcome to display items on a (1) clothesrack in your designated area as long as you are not going outside your designated area. Otherwise they can be hired through us for $8.

Please make sure that you have prices visible as most market shoppers will not stop to ask. If the price is right you have made a sale.

There will be food and beverages available on the day for purchase if required.

Stall Holder Downloads

If you are able to help us help you make the market a success with increased customer attendance then please download the following pdf files relating to your market. There are two types of pdf files available a A4 tab and a letterbox smaller version. The A4 tab pdf would be great to display at local centres, schools etc. . If you could download and pin up in your local area and possibly deliver 200 flyers ( 100 pages) it can make a difference to the market attandance.
